Does the steering wheel need to come off to change signal switch, and how do you get the tilt lever off? 2002 Grand Prix

Even though it's for a ignition switch, you have to do the same things.

its pretty simple to change. careful you dont bust the plastic under the wheel you need a long torx bit to get the two screws out from under it.
