.

the only lines that are on the passenger side are the Power Steering lines.

are you sure it is coming from a hose? or maybe something dripping onto the hose?

I think your oil pressure sending unit is right there...it may have a crack..... IF it is not coming from a hose...

Next question. What engine does this car have in it? I see that you started this thread in the 3.1L section. But I assumed that the GT had a 3800 in it?

What engine does your car have?

its the steal hose for sure. and i yeah i saw the power steering lines but those ar on the way bottom arent they?

this bronze color steal hose is connected with bolts and what not.
and yeah its a GT but has a SE front bumper, [head on collision] so its a messed up title.
i wanna fix it before i sell it. why???? im just a teen and gonna start college classes
i have to let my first car go fast
:[

thanks for the help and plz keep on helping

lol i kinda went off subject sorry. yeah im guessing its a 3.1 doesnt look like a 3800 to me.. ill take a pic of engine bay 2moro so you can see.

3.8L have an engine cover, and under the engine cover is a black plastic intake manifold. the 3.1L have a cast Upper intake manifold...and has 3100 on it.

hmmmm doesnt have none of that.
it was in a head on collision
nd i guees they took off the 3100...

The 3100 is cast right into the intake manifold of the engine. The only way they could remove it is with a grinder and some time.

Can you take a picture of the engine? If you want help with the leak, we need to know what engine you have.

ok. 3.8L.

only lines on Passenger side are the power steering. However.....

have you changed the oil lately? the 3.1L oil filter will not fit correctly on the 3.8? housing. and it will cause it to spray out.

also another possibility.... the oil filter is double gasketed.... the rubber ring on the top of the oil filter is still stuck to the mount, and then the new filter had one as well. when you put the new filter on with the old rubber ring still on the mount... it will NOT seal, and cause it to spray oil oil.... causing a pretty big puddle....

then there is the oil pump itself in the front cover, valve cover, oil pan gasket, etc.

like posted above....a better pictre would help out...

3.8 engines are known for leaking where the oil filter screws into the engine...not sure of the proper name for this part but i hear its a easy fix
