motor mount help

im looking to replace my upper motor mounts or "dogbones" but how do i get my old ones out and the new ones in? it looks like it needs to be pressed out and pressed back in

I just trimmed the edges of the rubber bushings and pushed them out.

is it really that easy? cut the old ones out hammer the new ones in?

Cut em out with a saw.

haha alright will do now do you think that those are a good upgrade? are they worth doing

Anything is better than stock WBody mounts.

replace the lower engine and trans mounts as well...and get the solid rubber replacements, not the fluid filled ones.

right i plan to do lower later this summer should i do both the dog bone mounts front and back or some say round and square ones at the same time
