New situation:





I think my power steering pump went out. And once again..things only happen to my baby when the gf is driving it smh. She's getting a bus pass real soon

So come to find out..it was a pinhole in the high pressure hose. I took out the old one and purchased a new one from AutoZone but the bends in the line are different. So I'm back to square one. Thanks for all the responses by the way. I'm glad this site is here to help others in desperate need

That was just today, guy. Barely just saw it. I see some fluid all over in there, so that's probably bad.

You didn't think to take a picture of the correct one with you? Looks like there was a camera involved somewhere along the line..

First off, you can still drive a car without power steering.

Secondly...you literally posted two pics and said...GUESS THE PS WENT OUT. SMH.

The hell is someone supposed to do with that information?

What are you expecting for a reply?

Maybe it should have started like this:

"Hey GPF, I'm new at this. My car is leaking something, and here are two pictures. I know they're not the best pictures to pinpoint a situation, but I think it is power steering fluid that is leaking. What can I check or replace to get this fixed or do any of you have any pointers or something of the like?

Yeah...and lastly...it's a day. Not even that long. Your vague post and rando pics probably deterred people from replying. It's also a dying community with cheap cars and you're about a decade late to the WBody train. Next time maybe be a little more detailed and people might be more eager to help?
