Moon Roof Won't Close... Rain Tomorrow :(

Okay, the moon roof won't open past 1/2 way...
So much for enjoying the nice drive home...

I get home, damned thing won't close!!!
Pass side slider seams to stick,...

It stops in the "vent position"
Drivers side wants to close but the pass side stops

I removed the glass, cleaned the tracks, tried the tracks without the window in...
They move with some "gitter", and the D-side works better than the P-side

I'm at a loss, anyone have ideas???
 


mine has issues as well. Possibly a motor or controller. I stopped using mine except for the vent feature. It james on me when opening it fully or closing it from a fully open position.
 
Update

It's not a lube problem...

It moves, runs back and forth... clicks a lil...

Won't go from "Vented" to "Closed"...

It's something hanging up on the pass side hinge slider thingy
I had to force it with the window off to let the track goto closed

Now, it's closed, fuse is pulled, and it's still not working, but atleast it won't rain in my car...

Anyone know what's wrong, or think pictures would help?
 
not sure what's wrong exactly, but mine is like that also, I am going to replace the whole thing, I think it is a gear issue from playing with it, or one of the cables is junk(have removed the glass and it still does it)
