Monte's been sitting for 2 years. Can it be saved?

My old Monte Carlo has been sitting at my parent's house for the past two years. My brother wants to get it running again because his car is is starting to fail fast. My question is, what all should be done to get it running again? I was planning on changing fluids (oil, coolant, trans) outside of that, anything specific?

It is a 1999 Z34 with the 3800. 175000 miles on the clock.

Any input is appreciated.

That was going to be my question I found a old Grand Prix that's been sitting for a few years I want,it's got the 3.1 but figured it may not be good
