Modular Pulley?

I seen something about this while screwing around with youtube and google but no in depth knowledge about this 3.8 supercharger pulley compatible with ZZP modular pulley system

Hopping someone could explain a little, that would be excellent. I enjoy learning And Ive learned much from eveyone here on the site Thanks
 


It just allows you to change pulleys within a few minutes because of a much easier setup to put on and take off pulleys. I'd just look at scotty's link lol
