Modified exhaust??



Even my headlights are illegal cause I would have to take them before the DOT board and have them approved...like that would happen
 
Any HID or Projector that isn't factory issued is illegal. There are laws on exhaust, but you can modify it. As long as it has the same number of mufflers and converters as it did when it left the factory...and passes whatever emissions testing your state requires, then it is deemed legal.

Well there is a fine line on that though, it can only be so loud at a certain distance at WOT and at idle

NYS has a ban on any modifications on the exhaust IIRC
 
I just wonder what will they all do with the charges of possession of Mary Jane on all the people when it becomes a legal commodity. Doesn't seem fair to hold those charges, ya know
