Technically nothing if you keep the shifts below 6k but you risk valve float especially if your stock valve springs have high miles. Personally I do it the right way and get at least a set of L76 (G8) valve springs, ls style retainers and pick up a set of locks since you tend to drop those very easily.
 
Ls6 are more pressure then you'll need for a rocker setup resulting in quicker wear on the valve train. L76 spring rate is softer and more preferred for a rocker setup.

And the install is going to be the same for either springs and you'll want new valve seals to forgot to mention that in my first post.
 


I was just reading about comp cam springs that need new spring seats, whereas gm springs use the factory seat. That's all I meant by easier swap.
