Modding Advice?

I currently own a 2000 gtp with 170k miles on it. I was thinking about throwing on a few mods to run a 3.4 pulley but I wanted to know if you guys think it would be worth it to spend the money. The engine was rebuilt recently and the car still runs well. I dont really experience much transmission slippage but it is still stock.
 


Thanks guys. Before posting, I had read pages and pages on multiple forums and sites about 3800 mods. I just wanted to know if you guys thought it was reasonable to start now with so many miles on it. I guess I will start modding, as soon as I fix all of the mechanical problems :/
