Modded Rockers and crow's or comp's?

It has been years of going into a 3800 engine for me. Past 2 cars I have done 1.9 modded rockers. I forget what the best springs were though?

Was it comp that has random breakage? Or were crows's problem free? I am going with 105#

For the retainers I will be getting ls1 style's. Would it hurt going with the modded one's right now?

I think the Crow's were the better ones. I honestly don't remember though. My Crow 105's didn't give me any issues though.

it probably doesn't matter anymore. that problem has been fixed for a long time.

I've had sets of both on mine and friends cars for the last 10k to 30k miles with no issues.
