modded GTP exhaust Problems, and O2

I bought this car in oct of last year and it never really had problems. I was recently driving and i heard the engine get really loud without rpm going up. I stopped and pulled to the side seeing that my exhaust is sitting on the ground. It disconnected from the down pipe. I parked it on the side of the road for a couple hours, I got a call from one of my friends saying that there was a cop and a wrecker at it. (Someone thought it was suspicious, and doing something i wasnt suppose to..thats what the cop said)...the car is literally parked 1/4 mile from my house. But it was not in a good place to work on it. When the wrecker lifted it up, he decided to undo my whole exhaust. So i had to pay him to tow it 1/4 mile, then i had to go back and pick my exhaust up from the side of the road and walk it home. I now have my exhaust sitting in my front lawn. The problem is, it is damaged where it was disconnected. I have Pacesetter headers, a part of those headers is dented. What should i do..I cant find just that piece.. Is it okay to drive without exhaust? Where can i get that part..zzp? I live about an hour away from there.

Unless its the O2 body side harness that is damaged. Then replace as much of the wire as you can, use high quality crimp and solder connecters, shrink wrap, electrical tape. Bundle them all togerther, and Zip-tie out of the way of exhaust heat.

And get the exhaust fixed as blueGTP suggested. You can drive with open downpipe.

well the 02 sensor is about 2 months old, the wiring rubbed up against the headers which caused it to burn the wiring. A guy at zzp said that the same connection or something to the mass air flow sensor. which cause the car to run poorly. he said i need to replace the wiring.. so should i just buy a new 02 sensor with a 2 foot long wire. or whatever length it is.

If the O2 sensor wires are burnt I personally would replace the sensor with a new ACD unit, rather than try to fix it. If the body side harness is burnt then you can repair it.

Wait...is it the top o2 sensor?

Because if that's the case...then yes that needs to be replaced before you even think about driving it...really.
