Miss Lisa,s GTP climate control problem

The exterior temp display for the climate control on her 99 GTP reads about 30 degrees to low for about the first 10 miles of driving each time it is driven. This causes the ac to not work untill it corrects itself. Where is the sensor for the climste control located?:confused:
 


I thought there was only one external temp sensor and thought that it was located on the lower support bar for the radiator near the bottom.
