Misfire when getting boost on 99 gtp help!!

My car starts and runs perfect but when I get in the throttle to pass and one or more blocks appear in the boost gauge the engine misses like crazy. I kept my foot into it and got a po300 code. Cylinder 1 random misfires. It missed 760 times. I figure it's either the plug, injector, wires or coil but before I go tearing up the car has anyone else had this problem?
 


Well you know the cylinder, you can swap coils around and see if the mis follows you can also do that with the injector. If the plugs and wires are old probobly a good idea to replace those.
