Mild Egg Smell ( Exhaust Pipe )

I'm noticing a mild sedative of Rotten Egg smell coming from my exhaust pipe. It's not strong it's just present to the naked nose.

Could it be my catalytic converter going bad. I know that all gasoline contains a small trace of sulfur. When the exhaust stinks of rotten eggs, it is because the catalytic converter is being flooded with fuel and the amount of sulfur passing through has increased dramatically. I know I was running the car to warm it up last month when it was completely empty. Don't know if it's the Fuel Pump or the Catalytic.

Or could it be one of these things

A few possible causes are a leaking injector, malfunctioning fuel pressure regulator, slipped timing belt, coolant sensor out of range or lazy oxygen (O2) sensor.

FWI Too Scottydogg. I got my hood open just took it to a carwash and it opened. Guess it was frozen

Also I'm noticing that when I press my gas pedal the car is getting out of control. Meaning it's going extremely faster then it's expected to be going. Like 15MPH and it feel like it's going 40MPH could this be related to the Speed Sensor or something else

Ok so if it's clogged is there any methods to release it from being clogged like, Soap and water, Lacquer thinner or perhaps Sodium Hydroxide. Also is it being clogged the cost of my muffler sounding like a dodge ram cummins exhaust. My car also seems like it wants to stall out like it has no gas when the tank is full

Thanks you guys, Is it an easy installation and i'm having some issues on which cat I should grab. I keep getting things like

Not legal for California emission vehicles licensed in New York state.
Center; Federal & California Emissions; Illegal for installation in NY on vehicles equipped with California emission systems
Not Legal For Sale or Use in the state of CA & NY

What does all this crap mean

Live in New York, So is this applying I can't put this on a California car licensed in NY. So it should be fine then if I buy it right

NY just took on the same dumb CA cat rules. you'll need to install a after market cat on your own, or have a real cat installed at a shop. most wont bypass the laws.
