Might Get another GTP:

I been considering getting another GTP. I found an 04' Sunburst Orange GTP Comp G for 5800$ with 127K. Has minor flaws like ciggarette burns in the seats and paint chips in the front bumper. Seriously considering getting it. Any opinions?

I've been looking for a Comp G too, the price seems good but i don't know with the burns in the seats I guess it all depends on how noticeable the marks are at least that's I would look at. Other than that paint chips to me is a minor thing.

Yea seems like a good deal. burn marks in seats are nothing. Seats can easily be replaced. Bumpers painted. Gonna see about test driving it.

I would never own a car owned by a smoker, you never get that smell out fully out unless you replace and hand wash everything (strip the interior). Not worth the time and trouble IMO...

The second reason why I don't smoke in my car, once it is there IT'S there. I don't mind standing outside for an extra few minutes to save my interior.

Yep, that's why I never let people smoke in my car no matter how much they complain.

I Hadn't thought about this. Really though, it isn't difficult to strip down an interior & wash it.
