Dirt dog there not blown but about to be starting to rub tires on bumps I don't think my auto x helped it with me how I was throwing it into corners... I should be having videos soon for you guys
 
If you're strut don't leak oil or easily compressed by hand there not blown. With you're mileage and use I would suggest your springs be replaced with better units
