Meth Vs E85

Both would take about the same amount of money to do.
Does anyone have experience with both? I cant decide which would give the best gains.

The meth would be set up before the blower.
With my basic setup and e85 I think I could do 42.5# injectors; injector duty cycle is around 89% right now.

Not doing an intercooler unless someone wants to get ride of a complete SS set up cheap.

Thanks

I figured that would be the general answer. Do you know anything about the 48# injectors PRJ sells?
48 lb/hr

Static Flow Rate(GAS): 47.8 lb/hr = 5.82g/s = 492cc/min (+/-4%)
Dynamic Flow @ 2.5ms PW @ 100Hz (GAS): 10.48 mg/pulse +/-4% @ 2.5ms PW @ 100Hz
Coil Resistance: 12.2 Ohms / High Impedance / High-Z (no factory ECM/PCM driver modifications required)
Spray pattern: 3-Prong Cone
Body: Top-Feed EV1 Style Body
Electrical Connector : Minitimer / EV1
Factory fitted with upper and lower o-rings
Grease supplied to lubricate o-rings prior to installation.

I dont know a whole lot about injectors but these seem like they would be better than 42.5# for the same price.

IMO, if your going E85...I'd get the #60 or the #65'ers whichever it is.

Never hurts to have more fuel if needed.

when i was going to go e85 i had 65# injectors. anything past ~3.4 setup with e85 and youll need bigger than 42.5#.

I wouldnt use 42lb injectors for E85 youll run damn close to 100% duty cycle trying to push out fuel, as Bio and Blue said go with 65's and your good..and find someone to tune tune tune...

Is there a difference between the Mototron 65# and the Siemens 60# injectors?

Mototron 65#
* Coil Resistance: 12.5 Ohms / High Impedance / High-Z (No ECM driver modifications required)
* Static Flow Rate @ 43.5PSI ( 300kPa ) w/Gas: 60 lb/hr = 630 cc/min = 453 g/min
* Static Flow Rate @ 87PSI ( 600kPa ) w/Gas: 85.7 lb/hr = 900 cc/min = 648 g/min
* Gain: 0.11ms/mg
* Offset: 0.055ms
* Turn on time @ 14VDC: 1.14ms
* Turn off time: 0.85ms @ 600KPa
* Series: DEKA 4 ( DEKA IV )
* Orifice Type: Multi-orifice
* Spray Pattern: 30 Degree Spray Cone
* Factory fitted with Viton upper and lower o-rings

Siemens 60

Static Flow Rate: 63.20 lb/hr at 43.5 psi
Static Flow Rate: 72.98 lb/hr at 58 psi
Coil Resistance: 12 Ohms

As far as I can tell they are the same injector with two different flow rates. Btw the Siemens are 50 dollars cheaper.

The siemens I could get for 250. The company is located close by and they say they are flow matched. Im a little confused as to why some say they are 60# others 63# and still others 65#.
Also if you look on ZZPs website they have (6) Mototron 65 (Flowing 60lb) in the Grand prix section for 300 but in the cobalt section they have (4) 60lb siemens for 160 as far as I can find they are the same injector and according to zzp they even have the same specs. I guess I'm wondering why the price increase isn't linear.
