get a price including mobility fee, and cost per run and if possible group rates for a guarenteed number of runs/users.

That would probably have to be run past the track owner but I can't see him disagreeing.

yea the owner is a pretty cool guy. my sis worked out there last summer. maybe offer to slip him a couple bucks in the deal if anything cuz the guy with the dyno will def. make some money as long as he dont charge a arm and leg

Well I'd drive if I went. Trust me thats not a problem. It depends on my finals.
