• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Meh... Just another L32 swapped 01 GTP ( New pics of my car last page)

I brought Tim down by the boat launch(its right next to festival hall) in Racine. Racine actually has some pretty cool places to take pics. I really like down town though the best for picture opportunities because of the lake and older buildings. I want to get underneath the state street bridge again because at night the whole underside lights up this really bright blue color.

Where did you get your lower side moldings? Every time I find them in the junk yard, the mounts are rusted all to hell and back.

I go to a place that is roughly 20 minutes or so from my house. They always have grand prix's there. Usually you can get lucky if you remove the screws holding the side skirt on to the ladder bars and peak behind the skirt... you'll be able to see how rusted they are.

As soon as the rain stops around here, I'm gonna get my spoiler on. Got my hose washers and silicon ready to go. I was actually able to find my exact color on eBay. Not an easy task let me tell you. All I need is a good set of side skirts and decent rear bumper and I've caught up to you.

The chrome window trim is still a dead giveaway that it was born an SE. But the catfish is gone, so its a Win!

eventually the chrome trim will be gone. I never cared much for chrome trim on a car (unless its a classic) and I loved chrome on the trucks... I've been keeping eyes open for the black trim pieces. I know I can paint them or do the 3M vinyl tape mod but really don't like the idea of having to redo the tape. Plus If I paint them I'll take them off the car anyways just to avoid over spray anyway so..........

I got lucky and found a good set where the top rubber flap wasn't tearing off. The all black looks so much better.

If you are interested, I just found a good set of the top moldings in the local pull and pray. I put them aside in case you wanted them. I can go tomorrow and you can have them at cost plus shipping. The place is very reasonable on their prices.

On my way home today...... 36.9 MPG......Sorry for the quality of the pic. I was driving, had the windows open and I snapped the shot faster than I normally would.

I've hit 40 before but its super rare .... I'm fine with 30 or above on the interstate/hwy for fuel mileage.

Try tailgating a semi

No way... I used to drive a semi.. Every time someone tail gated me I hit the brakes. Needless to say that person probably never tried it again.... I hate tailgaters... Its come close a few times of people eating the ass of my car because of that...

Here are some pics of my car from today's meet in Franklin... Let me know what you think and is different on my car..
