Not many of us from Mass here. Too bad you're all from the eastern part of the state. I have not seen anybody else on here from western Mass other than me. A meet and greet would be cool, but I want to finish my mods first. Still need to drop pulley size, cam and supercharger swap then tune it well. Been spending my spare time lately reading and reading and reading about how to tune. It feels like trying to self learn a new language when you don't even know the alphabet. I'll figure it out in time though.

Youll get it man dont sweat it, keep at it, atleats youve got a gp to take pride in. I feel like im jumping backt to square 1 since my gtp started sh!ting the bed

Ahh who cares if your mods are finished or not...Mine wont even be started, I'm pretty sure most our GP's are " works in progress ". I'm going to set a date soon in a location central to most of my MA peeps. Come anyway, maybe you'll be able to get some valuable info and idea's.
 


Yawnnnnn Enfield CT here. When I'm not doing an install, I am frequently in Mass. Lived in Springfield for a while, and yah... the title is completely appropriate if you've ever lived in or driven in the state. :th_thumbsup-wink:

Silver..if you need a hand holler. I have a DHP and HPT along with the guides and some time under my tuning experience belt.

Thanks Bill! That would be great if you could help me get started with the basics so I have a better understanding of what I'm changing and why. I think I would have an easier time learning the rest of it if I knew the basics. I'll PM you after I get my header leak squared away. No point looking at anything as long as I still have that small leak. Hopefully, my friend that's a welder will be available this weekend to straighten it out.

I think the August 8th event is an all car show...I'm looking to do something strictly GP. But, I suppose it would be appropriate to all go and represent the Pontiac GP line :th_winking:

Lemme know what you guy's think...

lol. I would rather it be open to any 3800 platform since a lot of us are doing performance mods that are usually the same across all platforms. If it is limited to just GP's, there aren't that many of us and it will be a small meet. For visual stuff, the GP owners can gather in a corner and check out our cars.
