Marofan's Mullet Car

Re: The White [Lady]

make it a T top... drop a LT1 in it... and u will have yourself a amazing car :)
I could make it a t-top...but i'm a little on the leery side when it come to more or less choppin off my roof lol. I've seen a few write ups of it but i still dont think I could cut my roof. I'd be afraid i'd mess it up. But I did love the ttops in my 95. The A/C didn't work so it was kinda nice lol.

Re: Project "Stifler's Mom"

Fun project. LT1s aren't as bad as everyone says they are, they just have a bad rep because of the optispark. There's one here in town that will change your mind.

Re: Project "Stifler's Mom"

Its a FWD car.

Do I need to continue?

Sure? So...your saying you can't mod a FWD car because of its traction capabilities? Or are you saying cam choice has everything to do with the drivetrain?

But how well can a blower cam perform on a turbo setup?

It's a higher lift cam than stock...and since the XP has a higher RPM powerband than the stock or even more common stage blahblah turbo cam...I'd rather have an XP than a stock one.

what are you talking about fwd for?

No one ever knows half of what Matt is talkin bout yo

Re: Project "Stifler's Mom"

Looking good! I got a slightly wrecked 98 firebird with t-tops if you want another project when your done with that one...lol

Re: Project "Stifler's Mom"

The point is, you can make these quick and fun for a DD.

But you're going to run into traction issues and transmission issues once you start making real power.

it would like a better idea to invest in a platform more capable of handling power.
