Alright. So. I'm probably buying this car back next week. I went and drove it. Tranny is getting weak but that's kind of expected. It's got close to 200K on the trans. No biggie.

Only thing I have an issue with is it turns over slow when trying to start. Like. Barely turns over. The guy replaced the battery in it. Think it's just a starter?

Do these starter have an actual ground cable on them? Or do they ground through the case? I've never messed with a starter on one of these

Say I was to replace the trans in this. A 2000 Regal GS trans should work fine shouldn't it? I can get one for pretty cheap so I'd like to pick it up in preparation for when the current one dies.
 




Hey, your ABS light is on :th_nanana:. Slightly random, but just cruisin the thread and found a tidbit about Iowa...you from around these parts?
