new to threads, not sure if posting this in the right place. anyways. looking under the hood one day and my map sensor is broken in half. So I think thats why my car has been idling like crazy. right? so I took it off and now the car starts and then dies, put the broken one back on and now the car starts and stays running until you hit the gas. I made my problem worse I think. Anyone ever had this problem?

waiting for the mail to come, I'm in germany. anyways another question, Air bag light on. I recently hade the engine and trans out to put new shift solinoid in. the airbag lights was not on before but it is now, could it have to do with the steering column being removed, is there a way to reset it?
