Is their a way to turn the blend door with out removing it? I have been looking around Google and YouTube and in the pictures/videos I can see a little cut out and was wondering if I could get in there with a screw driver and turn it.
It's is on a 2001 GTP dual climate control.

its kinda hard to turn them while still on, if you take the actuator off and turn the knob, then turn the actuator and put it back on, with no bolts, and it should stay and hold the knob where you want it to be. this how ive been rolling for the last year. switch it to heat or a/c as needed for the seasons.

im just to cheap to buy new ones.

Haha same here, as I told you it's my moms car, I don't want to invest into it as I have my own two money pits. I guess I will suck it up and pull it out and put it back in. Is it going to be right under the dash or kinda near the center console?

thats going to be a tough one, the little knob is 1/2 inch long, round with 1 or 2 flat sides. it slides into the white part in your pic up top.

turning the knob and just laying the actuator back on is a easy quick fix, the knob dont turn much either, maybe 1/2 a turn.

Turns out it was just low on r134a. I drove it around and set to Max heat and melted my face. Checked it with my gauge yesterday and saw it was low but nothing drastic. Weird how only one side was getting cold
