The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.
FINALLY! Fixed...harmonic balancer was blown. Looked at it and it was definitely scored quite a bit...the seal was definitely spent...and I did find it was cheaper to just buy the timing cover kit as a hole than just the seal.
I've got an oil leak that leaks about 1/2 a quart every gas tank on my 2000 GP 3.8, no SC.
I had dealership change LIM and upper earlier this year, I just put a new front valve cover gasket on as I know that was leaking when I cleaned the engine up, but I think my pan is leaking.
I'm changing my oil pan gasket tomorrow and I can't find any links on how to do this. I found a writeup on autozone's website and I've seen where the 97-00 models you need to boost the engine up a few inches and remove the flywheel cover to get at all the bolts, but I'd love a video or writeup, especially with pictures. I've searched google and these forums, hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Thank you!
