ahh, paid $50 painted and all after insurance...

I'm pretty sure its the f1 hood from pfyc, but I was looking at pictures and noticed the underside is different, so idk for sure.
Stock hood would have been $250, I got this one for $300. Friend found an ad in the paper, called the guy and he had a bunch of gp parts for sale, we drove out and paid $900 together with that hood, slp headers, slp catback, 4 20" american racing chrome rims, 4 12" rockford p3 subs, a couple 3,000w amps, and a bunch of other electronics for the gp's... it was a nice find by nvsridez...
 
if your insurance is anything like mine, once they total out the car, you cant have anything off of it. no rims no tails, nothing. essentially, you need to provide them receipts of extras you had in/on the car (like the rims and tails) if they werent there when you bought the car. then, the insurance company should figure that in when cutting you the check for the car.

I asked my insurance company the day of the accident if I could take my tails and my wheels off, they told me as long as I had replacements to put on the car and as long as I took pics first I could do that.

that's good of them. when i totaled my truck a few years back, my insurance co wouldnt let me touch it til i bought it back from them
 


wow thats crazy, this happened to me on June 2nd. Thank GOD i wasnt driving the gtp. walked away with a few scratches on my arms. so i guess my gtp is my dd now
