Magnasteer reset!

so i was playing around the other day and was cornering on some side roads and my stability control was activated around a turn. i pulled into my driveway and i had no power steering. it does however work when it gets to about 3k rpm. but it makes for a very difficult time parking ect. i tried to disconnect the battery for around a hour.. i then tried to pull the abs fuse.. (that just set the sensors off for everything) i then tried to unplug the wire leading to the rack and all that did was just set the service light for the steering... im at a loss.. i dont think the rack is bad or the pump....how the heck do i reset the magnasteer??
 


im not sure its the rack. it doesn't leak or wonder or have alot of play. and its stiff both ways not just right or left. there's no noise. i dont know but usually when ive had a rack go they usually have more symptoms than a faulty low rpm assist..
 
yeah they usually only give out one side at a time thats why im thinking its not the rack cuz i cant turn right or left.
 
The pressure regulator in my wife's powersteering pump stuck and caused that same problem. You could keep the rpms up and it would steer fine.
After installing 3 pumps from advance I finally got a good one.
