MAF cal tweak

Well your supposed to multiply special half percent when you're in the range you are. Just make sure your getting at least 50-100 hits per cell that you change.

I did not have that any hits but that is what I proceeded to do, but as seen in the first post it wanted to add more fuel than take away.
