Mad Monkey's GP - Fresh and Clean

Re: Mad Monkey's GP - Spoiler ALERT!

Maybe once you get that spoiler on then maybe this car will be more respectable.....

See what i did there....

Re: Mad Monkey's GP - Spoiler ALERT!

I get a car boner every time I see this thread is refreshed, I leave unsatisfied 99% of the time. Get your damn spoiler on SON! :D:D

Re: Mad Monkey's GP - Spoiler ALERT!

Nice ride I just got an 06 GT the same color. What products did you use to get it so nice and shiney? I've done clay bar and two coats of tech wax and it doesnt seem to shine as well as yours and it has a lot of swirls yet but considerably better than before

Re: Mad Monkey's GP - Spoiler ALERT!

got one more exam tomorrow, then I'm done, you shut your mouth when you talk to me like that derek lol

in honesty I'm holding off on purpose, rear bumper has some serious scuffs from what looks like someone hitting my car, my fender needs some loving from that construction pillion in the fall, and the spoiler needs buffings. All this adds up to Jordon needing to buy a buffer and spend a few days loving his car, she needs a wash, clay, polish, etc..

David always says he's 'most hated' yet i get more slack on this spoiler, but its my own fault lol

thats becuz ppl get confused when it comes to waxing ur car, wax is more a protective coating then anything, get urself a buffer and POLISH the paint and then wax it to protect the shine then ull see a big difference,

Re: Mad Monkey's GP - Needs major work

Bought a few things today!

cost me $8 total i think lol Gotta love Store credit (for the Canadian viewers - Used Canadian Tire money to buy the polisher/polish.)

Took a trip to 2 stores to get the correct amount of washers, they are about 1/8th thick

So there!!

SUCK ON IT!!! :D

Re: Mad Monkey's GP - Derek, Jake, David and Aaron CAN SUCK IT!!!

Holy crap..... IT HAPPENED.... I had 1/8th in but dropped it down with washers half as thick. When I went to the car wash a little water got in trunk from the square section. I have hushmat underneath that blocks most. But I got like 5 drops on each side lol. But I am hoping lowering it a little may help some. Looks good though man.

I need to get a buffer.

Re: Mad Monkey's GP - Derek, Jake, David and Aaron CAN SUCK IT!!!

for those square sections, i just tossed a little clear silicone in there.. i sprayed it with water, few drops, but better safe than sorry, plus when i need to take that spoiler off to polish the lid its not impossible to get off.
