M90 5th Gen Whine?

Anyone done the 5th gen swap? im wanting the supercharger whine that oddly enough the gen 3 doesnt make. Can anyone varify that the Gen 5 does make a hell of a noise?
 






I had a P&P Gen 3 running 3.2 etc before the Gen V. Take my word for it or not.. the Gen V is the better sound. It's more mature, a grown up whine, not an infant whine.

A stock intake generally kills most of the noise.

This was sold as a family sedan.

Hence the silencer ports which aid in lowering noise at part throttle.

Your motor needs to flow well enough to utilize a smaller pulley.
 
its a little bit louder than the genIII ya but the thing I noticed when i did the swap was the little constant "whistle" you get from 1500 to about 2300 rpm... ill be just cruising down the road next to someone and most the time they will look at me like "wtf?" and have even had guys yell and ask what it was....
