I really like your car lol. and im going to debadge soon, just to damn cold out. Im sorry about your car bro. That thing is clean!Looks alot like mine. I would debadge the trunk and get a plate filler for the front.
Should i debadge the whole car? Or just trunk. Tint and new rims are probably coming in the spring. But for the headlights. I am getting new ones and gettin black corners and some new fogs, other ones were cracked to hell.debadge, TINT, new headlights (clear corners or black housings maybe?), rims. i dont know just the basic stuff
Alright, ill do that when it gets a little bit warmer here. Thanks!jack up the car and inspect. alignment is a valid issue, so could be busted tie rod end/tie rods. nothing for sure unless you check it yourself.
I plan on doing anything i need to do for the top swap.I don't know if the 4T60E will be able to handle the added stress of a top swap, maybe someone a little more knowledgeable could chime in on that one.
You know, i have been thinking about going with a turbo, but for some reason i keep going back to the supercharger. But this information im thinking more of a turbo build now. Even though i have limited experience with turbos and all that. i guess i need to put more time into research this stuff lol.I have a 97 GT and I have been doing a lot of research on adding power to it. From what I gather, the 4t60 will not like a top swap at all. Flow mods would also be more difficult as some headers will not fit around the 4t60.
For my purposes, I plan on going to a mild turbo build over the swap. Turbo would be more efficient, less labor to install, and have much more potential. It would be about the same cost as a vs cam, gen v, IC setup.
Both would need a built tranny to be a safe DD.
