• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

lowering question

yeah the spacers help get the cv angles clower to stock. so there's less chance of things wearing quickly

The stock CV boots tend to split when you change stock angle that they sit at. Personally, if I was doing my suspension all over again, I would just do the CVs at the same time.

doing anything fun to your car will make it "less reliable" performance mods, or lowering do not help the longevity of the car obviously. but they are fun so, why not right?

my car handles pretty good right now GMPP sway bars help, lowering would be 100% for looks, any performance gains would be gravy to me and lowering it wouldnt make it that unreliable im more worried about how much harder the car is going to be to jack up and scraping on things.....michigan roads/parking lots suck

spring rate difference between stock and lowering springs isn't that much.

You'd notice more from better struts.

Or coilovers.

yeah i dont wanna spend that kind of cash though, lower center of gravity would make a difference but like i said im in it for the looks my cars on stilts right now
