Lower Door Piece Falling Off GT 2 Door

There is that small long piece that is on the bottom of the 2 door is falling off. Those clips are not holding anymore. Is there a way to fix this? A correct way or a rig job...

3M double sided tape. get the body panel stuff, wont come off again.

my whole 99 had the side door moldings attached that way (was a SE i turned into a GT)

Thanks, I might do both sides, if they are easy to apply and not screw up... Is this a popular problem with the GT and/or Pontiac?

Not really. Can be an issue on any 10+ year old car. My guess is there is rust hiding in there somewhere.
