Low oil Level!?! 07 GP

Hey Guys, Just wondering whats goning on with my 07 Grand Prix, about once a week I get a Low oil level warning from the DIC, But when I check its full as always. So I shut it off and restart and theres no warning again for another week, This has been going on for about 6 or 7 weeks now. Ive always run Mobil 1 with a Wix or K&N filter. Last changed my oil 3 months ago, Dic says 81% oil life left, and the oil is clear and bright... so what gives? Please help, thanks- Sabrina

Sounds like the oil level sensor is going to need replaced.

check the oil before you start the car. In the morning before work is best. Mine did the same thing, it was fine when it warmed up but was just a bit to low when first started.
