Low dyno numbers?

First let me tell you the mods: 98 gtp w/ 05 l32 longblock,stock heads(w/ short sides cleaned up)comp cam 210/220 .531"/.531 115 lsa,130# crows,comp pushrods,ls7 lifters,stock rockers,fully ported gen3 and lim,stock tb,FWI,pacesetters,catless 3in back to stock mufflers w/cutout,Short stack intercooler,al103 plugs,180 t-stat,42's

running 18 degrees with 11.5 afr on a 3.0 pulley with no kr it put down 272whp/283wtrq in 2nd gear on a dyno jet dyno. Tried adding timing and leaning out really did nothing.
im not looking for all out dyno numbers, they just seem low compared to others mods. What do y'all think, is something not right or am I just crazy.

Stock throttle body could be a restriction.

Are you close to maxing out the stock injectors with a 3.0 pulley?

Assume 20% drivetrain lose your 326.4 hp at flywheel. You have raise the HP 35% (240 hp at flywheel) without drastically effecting gas mileage or drivability.

You will best 300hp mustangs.

Seems a little on the low side and would agree that 285-290 range is where you should be at. Stock TB shoudn't be a restricion at that point...I did 330whp on stock TB. Ported Gen3?? If done right they are great if not they become epic failures. Thought about stepping up to the GenV?

I forgot to add 42lb injectors. TB is a 99+ so it's at least the better of the two. All the parts on the car are parts I had laying around from other projects hence the ported gen3 and SSIC. I haven't wanted to dump a ton of money into the supercharged setup because it will be going turbo eventually.

i would aim for a leaner AF even at the cost of a little timing or a larger pulley. is your AF smooth or jumpy? also is the dyno showing smooth hp and tq or just very peaky as well? a most consistent AF will net you more power vs one that climbs and falls a lot. Also reading your plugs to make sure they are getting proper fuel. adding or pulling fuel at each cylinder can also add power and safety.

Most ported or cleaned up heads I see are way worse than stock... sometimes I see ported blowers that are trash too. Cam sounds weird to me and you would want a 130 spring on the heads for it.

All I did to the heads was a new valve job smooth out the casting flash and blend the bowls into the valve job. I also forgot to put I have crow 130's. I know the blower has a good port job cause it was on a gp that put down a little over 300whp on a vs cam setup.
