Low Coolant light

No but seriously, My low coolant light is coming on and i'm not quite sure what the problem is. I converted my car from a 98 coolant bottle to a 99+ a couple weeks ago. Everything went smoothly but now the light is on. the reservoir is filled to the correct level and when the car is cool and i take the radiator cap off that seems full. After driving the car for 5 minutes or so the light goes off. Could I just have an air bubble in the system somewhere that's throwing the light?
