Low-beam headlights takes a while to turn on.

2006 Pontiac Grand Prix (base)

Oh boy another issue. When I turn the ignition, my low-beam headlights doesn't always turn on. In order for my headlights to turn on, I will have to drive and play with the switch for them to eventually come on. Do I have a wire shortage or fuse going out? Any suggestions?
