Low 13 second GTP vs NEON (Neon wins?)



Ok you guys are misunderstanding me i think. It is officially called an SRT-4. like thats the model of the car. SRT-4 is not a trim, its a model. like camaro, grand prix, or mustang. The calibers are Dodge Caliber SRT-4's. the ones based on the neon are Dodge SRT-4's. Its more a technicality and not worth arguing over, but I like them and would rather not refer to them as neons, which is why I bring up this point.

Actually its still a Dodge Neon SRT-4... and unless you have a title of one showing otherwise let it stand. the SRT CLASS designates the upgraded options and the last number is the # of cyls for the engine. SRT calibers and neons both run 4-cyls.... the Crossfire SRT-6 a v6.... SRT-8 challengers, chargers etc.... 8-cyl... don't make me go on I worked at a dealership that sold them :th_laugh-lol2:

Its a NEON, a Neon SRT-4, as much as SRT-4 fan boys and drivers would like to think its not, its still a Neon.



And I like them as well so what if it is a Neon its still quick, powerful and light


The WA title for my Trans Am says its a Pontiac Trans Am does that mean I don't own a Firebird?
It also doesn't say Firebird anywhere on my car.

Yes it looks identical to a Neon, but Neon appears no where on the car. It is a Dodge SRT4. That's the point that JoRoW99 was trying to make.

It looks identical cause it is a Neon, Neon doesn't have to be on the car or in the title for it still to be a Neon.

As I was pointing out My 96 FIREBIRD Trans Am doesn't say Firebird in the title or on the car anywhere but its still a Firebird.

I am not a Neon or SRT4 fanboi, I just don't like people to be misinformed, which you are. The Make is a Dodge, the Model is a SRT4. I agree, that everything about the car is Neon, but the car is not a Make: Dodge, Model: Neon, Submodlel: SRT4. Its just a Dodge SRT4.

I thought it was a PT Cruiser, they are built on the same chasis.

SRT 4 that kept flying up and down my street. I pulled out from the stop sign at the end of the road and was turning left, which at that intersection you are now out of town and the SRT was coming at me. I was in 2nd, so I stood on it and lit them up and kicked the rear end to the right and shifted into 3rd and went around him facing him with smoke rolling off the tires.

Scared the $hit out of him. He stopped tearing up and down my street.

no sir i believe your are misinformed. my registration reads... make:dodge model: neon srt4. but that arguement was the humor of my day. thanks fellas!
