Loud Metal Clanking sound

When i pull off from a light especially when i have come to a hard stop i hear a loud clunk slash clank sound when the windows clsed just the clunk whn its open there is the sound of like two thin pieces of metals clapping together:confused:

could be anything from a broken sway bar hitting the LCA, or a death rod knock, bad lifter, loose rocker...who knows...like I said...video it.
