Looking to upgrade to a GTP

I have a 2005 Grand Prix GT, I recently came across an 04 GTP. The GTP has everything mine doesn't, leather, monsoon, a supercharger :D, and a little more miles on it.
What should I be looking out for when I test drive this car? And what are some points I can talk them down on the price for? It has 114,120 miles and some (imo) fugly wheels.

Yeah I would be worried about the oil leaks, suspension, tires, and service records, if they cant come up with any receipts, expect to do everything you should do at 100K miles sooner rather than later.

That's exactly what I did with my GP when I bought it, 0 records so had tranny and coolant flushed, new hoses, plugs, coolant elbows, etc lol

Yep, when i bought my g6 i did coolant flush, tranny flush, plugs, belt, whole front end put on it, brakes suspension. I didnt do the cv axles, but that and inner tie rods and rack and pinion are only things i didnt replace on my g6, put 700$ into it in parts and alignment, better than paying 200-250 for a single wheel bearing.

I have a 2008 gt 3.5L coupe. Has 96k miles on it, put 8k miles on it no problems, just regular stuff that will be worn out after 90K miles.

Ask too if/when the Supercharger oil was changed, that's really the only extra maintenance difference.

A bit sideways-off topic: Someone told me 3.5s blow the head gasket at 100k, I've never heard of this, is that a common issue?

There are many similar things to look for though, that thread gives you a good general idea, especially on stuff like engine-related things like Dexcool, coolant elbows, ect., transmission too. There's just a lot of similar problem areas to look for on 6th and 7th gen.
