Looking For Write-ups on Headlights

I seen somewhere and can not remember where it was at. I hope somebody here can help me.
I seen a write-up on how to fix your headlamps adjuster screws, when they are stripped out or frozen.
I do not know if it was on this site or not. I think they drilled out the plastic scews and replaced them .....Help........Thank You! Scott

Well I thought it would be on BackInBlack's webpage, BACKINBLACK's Grand Prix electrical mods page... as I believe he was the one that did the write up, but I dont see it on there.
