Looking for single gauge pod ideas

I am looking hard at getting an AeroForce Interceptor. I am not looking at anything else than just the one gauge, but I don't like the "pillar pod" options. They are fine for others, but I just don't like them.

Are there any other good/nice looking single pod options?

Oh, I have a 2000 GTP.

you would have to make your own
take a piece of 1/4" MDF, cut it to fit vertically put a hole in it and you now have added a new gauge location lol

another thing you can do is custom mould it to the dash with fiberglass etc..

you can also cut a 52mm diameter hole in the dash piece...

The more I think about it, the "cubby hole" area is a nice, subtle idea, but then I have to look completely down to see it. I also certainly don't want to make something so custom as to never be able to remove it down the road to put things "back to stock"...

Hmmm. Maybe one of those universal pod things mounted somehow on the dash in a "non-permanent" fashion is my only option.

thoes look rice imo
you can get single pod A pillar mounts... get a second apillar from the junkers, and mount the pod to it, then you have what you wanted where you want it..

or go get an extra piece from the junk yard for the project....i was gonna put my gauges down there but yeah i didnt feel like looking down plus i juse that cubby

see its tough when you are going on the premise that you will have to put it back to stock..
its a hard balancing act.

Just use the one if you have to, don't worry about anyone giving you **** for leaving the other empty, once you get a scan gauge there is no point in having multiple guages for minimal mods...

I have an awesome idea for you and everyone else, and as far as I know I’m the first and only person with a fully modified dash with an AEROFORCE SCAN Guage on the right side of the HUD. I completed it like two years ago but have been skeptical to show it till now because it sets my car apart. But here it is I’ll be posting a tutorial eventually with step by step pics of the process. Just remember where it came from lol.

This is actually painted Red to match however the white primer really shows off the smoothness and flow. I thought this was the perfect spot for my AEROFORCE because what is the sense of paying $250 for a single gauge that only you can see. But with it here the digital screen is completely visible to every passenger which is defiantly something to talk about when your reaching 14Psi :) and no Kr

It's not obstructing any view of the HUD, and looks good from the outside to.

Well Good Luck If that doesn't Get Peoples Minds Going Then I Don't Know What Will.

I have 3 gages, aeroforce in info center and oil/boost down in cubby
It looks stealthy, ill try n get pix tomorrow

I have the hud pod with only 1 gauge in it right now plus a full A pillar noone says anything about my only having 1 gauge in the pod and i wouldnt suggest putting your aeroforce in an hud pod though because its pretty far up there i had mine in there for a day but didnt like it because it was hard to reach. i now have it in the top slot of my Apillar and its alot nicer i can see it and reach it

I have the HUD pod and like it, easily seen and it's different. I also have a gauge mount on my steering column that's not bad either.
