Looking for more power

One thing I see time after time is n/a guys want some more power, most can't afford to Turbo.. So they start looking into topswap gather parts etc. 98% don't bother to complete it and end up selling what they accumulate and end up losing money. Go find a GTP at a local dealer and test drive it. See if you like the extra power and if that's something you want. Now don't get big headed and think it's the fastest car ever because well it's not and new technology in modern car has trumped that. It's good for what it is.. A Grand Prix is a Grand Prix it will never be a racekar. Piece together a topswap and you "should" be able to do that well under 2k but keep in mind with a topswap you also want to set money aside for tuning and headers etc.

Most of the threads on here start like this.. I wanna go fast.

There's 10 or so guys who respond with go turbo or just get a car with more potential or topswap.. Then there's usually vet who has a very weird love for e85 so much he"ll recommend it right of the bat. OP will ask how much turbo.. We inform him then tell him how much a trans is going to cost him to support that.. OP disappears forever lol.

But yup OP search for the safely modding thread it'll give you a ton of info so you can figure out what route you wanna take.
