Looking at a '98 Regal GS...what should i do?

honestly i feel like you can find a clean regal gs for the same price, bone stock and with maintanance paperwork. sh1t, half of those cars were retiree owned. driving it to a dealership was their hobby.
 


I saw another regal GS that was clean lookin, stock and a 2000 but green in color for $1900 cash. If only i had around 2k id buy it like now.
