HELLO!
This is my first post, would like to introduce myself, my name is Dean and I own a 2000 GTP with 138k miles. It is excellent shape and love the car. It is all stock right now but might add headers and get rid of the u-bend in the exhaust for starters.
I am looking at a 1998 GTX pace car locally to purchase but not sure what it is worth. It is number 1296 of 1500, has 138k miles and is in prettty decent shape. It has the SLP cat back and Ram Air hood. The body is in excellent shape, the graphics are fadded (owner added checker board), interior is in reall good shape. It does need a little bit of work like a/c, valvecover gaskets, supercharger coupler, driver doorpanel repair. All stuff I can do myself. My question is, what is this car value? In terms of condition I would put it in decent driver shape with the minor repairs that it needs. Maybe a 7 out of scale of 10 for condition. The car lot is asking $4700 with all documentation on the car like, original owners, bulid date, location, events the car has been in, ect.. Is $4700 a good deal?
