What does "SAFETIED AND ETESTED" mean?

Also the ad is fine besides the pricing.
4,000 for a car with 169,000 miles is a bit high.
 
169000 kilometers (105000 miles). And in Ontario E-test is emissions, saftied means it will pass a safety check.
 
still IMO the price is high for a GT with cloth seats i think maybe at atleast $3500 would be a better place to start, but expect people to talk you down
 
Way too high in Ontario - these cars are a dime a dozen. If it has 0% rust you may get $2.5K
