Location of PVC Valve



Hmmmm i just found this answer on google... so it looks like i answered my own question

Answer:On my '99 Grand Prix GTP SuperCharged. + Standing in front center of the car + Remove the plastic cover + On TOP, the back right hand corner, there is a small flat plate with 2 small bolts on it. + Remove 2 bolts, lift up Plate and Gasket + Remove Spring + Remove PCV with O-ring + Put O-ring on new PCV and put PCV back in hole + Put Spring back in hole on top of PCV + Replace Gasket and Plate + Tighten down the 2 bolts + Put Plastic Cover back on and tighten nut. I would change it(PCV) out every time I changed the oil. PCV's only cost about $2.50 and keeps your car motor from building up too much pressure and keeps your car from getting oil leaks. Also I personally use Mobil 1 oil. Now drive it like you stole it! Dexter

1.PVC Valve is located in the supercharger(which i have already found)
2.On The Regular GP's The PVC Valve ties in to Throttel Body ?
3.On the 3.8 (supercharged) it goes no where, it just puts the oil into the little space that PVC is in ?
Is All Thing Correct ?
 
Also what are these componets at i outlined in red

The one on the back side of the blower is the EVAP solenoid I believe. The one closer to the front, in the center of the blower are vacuum lines.
 


LOL yea this is a pic from when i first bought the car i haven't taking any other pics since modding i am holding off until summer for that one, But right no i have a CUSTOM 4" FWI

I don't know what a "regular" GP, but if it has a 60* V6 (3100/3400) then it sits off to the side on the motor with a vac line going to the TB. Any part of the intake/throttle body area that sees vacuum is fine since it's just sucking waste gases from the crank case to be recycled in the combustion chamber.

On a non-supercharged 3.8L (GP GT, I guess) it is in the end of the intake closest to the "front" (belt side) of the motor. Under the MAP sensor.

It's purpose is as I stated above. The wider end of the valve is open to the crank case and its pressures. The narrow end it open to the intake vacuum. It allows the pressure of the crank case to be released into the intake manifold for recycling. It improves engine efficiency (slightly) and relieves crank case pressure with one device.

And go to the dealer for your PCV valve. The Autozone brands made my engine start burning a little oil. The ACDelco part at the dealer was actually cheaper than Autozone and stopped the oil loss.
