LN3, L36 and L67 conversions

Hi, I am looking at picking up a GTP near me for relatively cheap or for a trade. The only problem is it threw a bearing. Seeing as it is a 99 and having a lot of fbody knowledge I remember how common the 3.8 motor was to find. Therefore I will most likely to replace the motor instead of repairing it. Anywho someone in my area on craigslist has an LN3, is it possible to slap the bottom end of the Ln3 into the l67 form the 99? From what i read on wikipedia this doesn't sound very feasible. I am almost certain that a L36 will work with the supercharger though. If the Ln3 won't work what will I have to do to the L36 for it to perform right with the L67? Remember I am keeping everything in the 99 including comp and drivetrain, just pretty much swapping bottom ends. Also how many miles on a L36 are too many? Since I am new I would also like to hear any heads up on common problems with these cars, and any cool easy mods. Whether it be a visual or performance mod I'd like to hear some of your input. Thanks in advance. BTW I am sorry I reposted this but I think this is the proper section. Also does anyone know if the lower end is identical in l67 and l36, or is the l67 specially machined and forged?

just pick up an L32 from Morad, it comes with coated pistons, and powdered rods. everything from the L67 in the 99 will bolt up to it.

Are you talking about morad on ebay? He has like four motors. All of them have a butt-load of miles and the ones that don't are way overpriced. I don't get it, when i had my trans am and was looking for spare LT1s these 3.8s popped out of everywhere and were a dime a dozen, yet I had no need for them. Now I need one and I can't seem to find them.
