Is it possible to create a place where vendors/trades can trade links to each others sites?

Can you elaborate more on what it is you are looking for.

We've discussed just a general links page before but it was not received all that well. But if its purely among the sites vendors and such we can toss that around and see what comes of it.

for the most part, link sharing doesn't do too much (google stopped using it as a ranking tool) and gets abused by spammers
